A 12-week programme offering health and lifestyle support to those women transitioning though peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.
We know the menopause transition is different for everybody but one thing we can be sure of is the positive benefits lifestyle and nutrition changes can bring to your health journey at this time. We aim the bridge the gap in all things lifestyle and nutrition that you won’t necessarily get from your GP.
How does it work?

This is bespoke 1-2-1 coaching with a group of other like-minded women going through a similar situation. This programme aims to educate to empower you to take charge of your symptoms and make beneficial changes in what can be a difficult and challenging time.

We are here to build a plan around you to support all areas of wellness (breaking down diet fads, menopause taboo’s and bring you a science-based approach to FEELING your best).

This is suitable for any women hitting their mid 40’s or beyond who wants to make physical and mindset shifts with the guidance of experienced coaches.
